Same thing as the other picture but a different face.
More video graphics I've turned into deviations. This for an upcoming video about J-Fest, a Vancouver based Mini-con that celebrates Japanese culture and Anime. The video is 1080 so it converts well into a 1080 wallpaper.
It's suppose to be an old fashioned Japanese flag with the face on top of the red dot in the middle. It was some time after that it became the simple red dot that it is today.
This is a Rei Ayanami cosplayer.
